Community Insight is not just your average talk segment. It is a informational tool that would help build communities in Greater Boston, and beyond. It represents the window of the community we all would like to see from the inside out. The subject matter varies from
Educational Development,Affordable Housing,Law Enforcement,Veterans Services, and Economic Development. The Discussion depends on the guest appearances views & opinions.Based on what the viewers would like to see. Also there will be other segments produced by BEAN TV such as "Health Summit", "Black Vision", "Entertainment Profile"
We will operate as a TV Network not only to build our viewership, but to engage our viewers
on an educational & Informational aspect during this journey..Community Insight will share the vision as to what we all would want to see happen in the near future. We will make the news that brings you above and beyond the scope.
On Saturday July 19th We will be celebrating the 285th Anniversary at Salem Willows..The festivities will feature the Parade which will start at 12:00 noon. we'll have music & performances, food, games fun for the whole family. It is a long day so come one come all and enjoy the event. This one will be the biggest one of the year. We plan to go above & beyond In fact it will be the biggest event in the entire New England region....No one else comes even close as what we're going to be doing...This is not your average Salem United event. This is not about salem United,or even Negro Election Day. This is about our gratification & paying homage to our heritage,as well as our acknowledgement as to where we came from and how far we have come,as Black people...We celebrate Negro Election Day not only because we're Black & Proud, but because we were given a chance to experience the opportunity to actually Have The Right To Vote...It Is Our Right It Is Our Privilege It Is Our Victory....
And during his vision he knew that a change was going to come.As time passed a change did come.We as Black People have awaken. We realize that we wer're not here just to co-exist,and to serve the likes of our oppressors. But to broaden our horizons to overcome the trials & tribulations of Slavery.
We have the right to Freedom,to read,to vote as well as being accepted by accepting ourselves, through unification and uplifting each other...
It Cannot be stressed enough about the extreme importance of our History, that we seem to take for granted.Simply by putting limits on our History and letting others do so,without provocation or justification.
It's just not enough to celebrate Black History (Month) Negro Election Day,Dr.Martin Luther King to name a few other black holidays.
The Black Community isn't about holiday nor celebration it's about paying homage to our History and our journey we embarked upon.
Yes we still have a LONG WAY TO GO....LIKE THE RIVER.......
